IEP Compliance Resourcing Services available to resolve needs quickly. Over 25 years of Expertise will move  through cases, write IEPs, Resolve, Conduct Full BIP Services, Investigate and reissue FIB Documents, conduct CHILD Find as needed, and work with Financial Officers to ensure School is paid for their IEPS appropriately.  

Dr. Barkley works as covering Educational Specialist while your staff and paraprofessionals are in training. This can be for full school year or part time.  Available to come on site or work in Hybrid relationship.  A full support system is available to address needs. Dr. Barkley can also support General Education Teachers & related professional services groups by enacting professional development workshops or meetings to address any concerns. Plan a Day or a meeting for expertise. 

Dr. Barkley is a State of VA trained and certified School Education Professional. Schools can resource this service as Guidance Counselor or School Counselor for Emotional Support Counseling Services. Expertise in areas of Pupil development, legal requirements for meeting Social Emotional Learning Curriculums, and Social Development Services for students are required. Dr. Barkley is an expert to expand resources to professionals to meet this goal in schools and work with parents to expand their parenting skills. Works or Students to development Emotional Boundaries Interpersonal Skills.
