MEET DR. ELIZABETH ESTHER BARKLEY
Licensed Educational Specialists, Certified School Counselor, Educational Diagnostician, and Special Education Specialist, Dr. Barkley has served as a Career Services Director, Medical Programs Department Chair, and National Program Consultant among many titles. She has led initiatives addressing student equity, program accessibility, and workforce development in underserved communities. Dr. Barkley is a spiritual leader and professional Psalmist, serving in chaplaincy areas to serve communities. Her ministry reflects her unwavering commitment to healing, justice, and accountable leadership.
